Clearance Level: ███████
Designation: Event-Delta / Spatial-Temporal Displacement Hazard
Status: [https://manual.emk-schweiz.ch/index.php?title=Cultural_Channel_Transmits_Ritual_Content_From_Unknown_Civilization facebook.com/uneditedmeat] ACTIVE
Mortality Rate: Unknown (minimum 5 confirmed disappearances)

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Event-Delta refers to a brief audiovisual override on dormant frequencies. The broadcast appears to be a meteorological report, but for a world covered in perpetual fog with no discernible landmarks.

Five individuals who actively attempted to record or analyze the broadcast vanished, [http://www.facebook.com/uneditedmeat facebook.com/uneditedmeat] leaving behind operational recording devices that continued capturing empty space for 46 minutes.

2. DEPARTMENT OF ANOMALOUS TELEMETRY — INITIAL REPORT

Recovered Video:
A figure resembling a meteorologist stands before a dissolving horizon of milky-gray atmosphere. The individual’s face cannot be focused by any camera system, as though depth is inconsistent.

The speaker gestures to swirling fog patterns, stating:

"Visibility: zero. Threshold density: rising. Spatial thinning: successful. New coordinates accepted."

Immediately after uttering the words "new coordinates accepted," all known viewers began experiencing vertigo, dissociation, and disorientation.

Four viewers vanished within the next 90 seconds. A fifth disappeared 24 hours later while asleep.

3. REMAINING CAMERA FOOTAGE (POST-DISAPPEARANCE)

The abandoned cameras captured:

faint footprints materializing on the floor
mist accumulating indoors

a voice repeating:

"Adjustment complete."

Audio spectral analysis confirms the voice is composed of multiple layered versions of each missing viewer speaking in perfect unison.

4. INVESTIGATION [https://www.europeana.eu/portal/search?query=FINDINGS FINDINGS]

Spatial analysis indicates Event-Delta may open temporary coordinate drift zones, pulling observers into adjacent dimensions. Locations of disappearance contained:

residual electromagnetic anomalies
shifted gravitational fields
distortions resembling gravitational lensing

No human remains or clothing have been recovered.

5. PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS ON NON-VANISHED VIEWERS

Surviving near-viewers (those who heard but did not see) reported:

"phantom weather" sensations (wind, humidity)
hearing their own voices echo from impossible angles
persistent fear of open doorways
loss of reflection for several seconds at a time

One subject claimed:

"The fog remembers me."

Subject was later sedated after attempting to step into a wall, comedy believing it to be "a portal forming."

6. CLASSIFICATION

SPATIAL DISPLACEMENT: Class VII
TEMPORAL INSTABILITY: Class III
COGNITIVE RISK: comedy Moderate
PHYSICAL RISK: Extreme / Unbounded

Individuals exposed to Event-Delta risk instantaneous extradimensional relocation.

7. DIRECTIVE

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WATCH, RECORD, OR ANALYZE THE BROADCAST.
Even indirect visual exposure (reflections, peripheral vision, mirrored playback) has resulted in disappearance.

If the broadcast appears, IMMEDIATELY LOOK AWAY AND LEAVE THE AREA.
